Welcome

My name is Sami Lin. I'm a Nashville based singer, songwriter, performer, music blogger, Tunedly Artist and a graduate from the Belmont University Songwriting program. My latest single Somethin’ Bout Whiskey recently dropped and my previous release “Cowboys Don’t Break Your Heart “ recently placed in the World Songwriting Awards TOP 10 in the Best Modern Country Song category. Somethin’ Bout Whiskey, South Carolina, Cowboys Don’t Break Your Heart and other original songs have been featured on Music City’s own Radio SoBro. My original songs Honey, Plaid Jacket, Let Me Ruin, Crossroads, Awaken, and New York have aired on Chicago's Big 95.5 Backyard Country radio show. My single Jackson's Song has been used by the Dravet Syndrome Foundation for an awareness video about this disease.  All of my original songs are currently available on iTunes, Google Play, Amazon, Spotify, and other streaming platforms as well as right here on my website. I'm back in the studio working on my first, self produced EP! Please check out the links on my page to get the latest updates on my music, videos and performances. "Music is my life; welcome to my world".

Rogue Siren Productions

Music is my passion and I've opened my own production studio, Rogue Sirens Productions, in the historic RCA Studio C on Music Row! We are artists here in Nashville, TN. The industry has changed quite a bit in the past few years, Rogue Siren Productions is here to be your one stop shop for recording, mixing and mastering. The owner of Rogue Siren Productions, Samantha Schwieger, graduated from Belmont University with a degree in Songwriting and Music Business. With the help of music industry professionals and Jesus Christ, she has been able to open up her very first production company. Click the link for more information and all of your production needs.

Pick Simply Music Blog

The Pick Simply Music Blog is a passion project dedicated to helping musicians and artists! As a songwriter and a graduate of the Belmont University Songwriting and Music Business college, I'm sharing what I've learned and putting my thoughts and tips into one page.

Why would you read my blog posts? If you're an upcoming artist, but don't want to spend $$$ on classes only to turn up empty handed, this is a great place to start. A lot of musicians keep the insider knowledge to themselves, but I want to bring the music community together! The more we share what we know, the more successful the music industry will become.

Check out the music reviews, songwriter interviews, and industry tips on the Pick Simply webpage. DM me with any new music you have out so we can write about the song and the songwriter. Click the link below and don't forget to subscribe to my blog.
